Change of mind

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@mirotu.com with your order details — we'll confirm the return address.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once removed from their sealed packaging, unless faulty.
• Return postage is at the customer's cost, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

How we handle your information.

This website itself doesn't use accounts, cookies, or tracking — we don't collect or store any personal data simply by you browsing here.

When you contact us via WhatsApp or email to ask about or order a piece, any details you share (like your name, address, or phone number) are used only to respond to you and fulfil that order. We don't sell or share this information with third parties, and we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by messaging WhatsApp or emailing hello@mirotu.com.
